Courses from The Therapy Cabin are accredited by the IPHM

On completion of your course, you will be eligible to join the IPHM as an Accredited Member.

It is necessary to hold insurance to practice therapies and treatments on the general public.

The Therapy Courses recommends that you source your insurance and secure their agreement to cover our courses, prior to purchasing and paying for your course.  There will be no entitlement to a refund if you cannot subsequently source insurance.

While working as a holistic therapist or a beauty therapist, even with the best professional standards on earth, we cannot envisage everything that can or might happen in our daily lives.   It makes sense to ensure you have an accredited qualification that your insurer accept to protect you while you are working.  A therapist who is insured, is putting the best interests of client first, and letting them know they are in the right hands for treatments.

We advise you to carry insurance and have this in place before offering services to family, friends and the general public.

You do not need to be a registered member of the IPHM to request insurance, but you would have the benefit of a discount on insurance as a member.

Showing insurance companies your course and requesting liability insurance to practice is recommended, and courses accredited by the IPHM are accepted by many insurance companies, however it is best to contact them and ask.  Insurance cover is not guaranteed.
